I love the space! How can I get started on securing the date for my event?
To get started, give us a call at 925-732-3333 to set up an appointment. During your appointment, you will be able to tour all event spaces, check out our available amenities, get more information on pricing, and get a quote for your event.
Can I book more than one event space?
Yes! You are more than welcome to simultaneously book one, two, or three of our event spaces based on availability and your needs.
Do you provide decoration services?
Yes! If you select one of our packages for your event, we will set everything up for you so that the moment you arrive, your event is set and ready to begin. All of our available packages include decoration services and great amenities. From table covers & runners, to photo booths and fog machines, we've got you covered! How late can I hold my event?
At Royal Banquet and Event Halls, we like to party! However, we are also set on following city guidelines for events and celebrations. For indoor events, events must end at 12AM. Guests have one hour after 12AM to clean their items and pack out. For outdoor events, the latest time for events is 10PM with one hour to clean and pack out.
Am I required to clean after my event?
Here, we treat you like Royalty. Royal Banquet staff members sweep, mop, and sanitize, before and after your event. We however, ask all guests to leave the building as it was upon arrival. We ask that guests leave with any personal decorations that were brought in, throw away their food and trash, and place trash bags in the trash bin after their event. Trash bags are provided.
Any other additional fees I should be aware of?
Security is required for all events over 50 guests. Contracting is done in house with our recommended services. Event insurance is required for all events. This covers liability for any occurrences that take place during your event. You may provide proof of coverage if you hold home owners or renters insurance. Otherwise, we are able to provide 1 Day Event Insurance for a flat rate.
